RV Sites:

Lodging:

Summer Hours:

• Office:  Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm; Saturday and Sunday 11 am – 4 pm
• Lounge @TQ:  Open during the evening, Thursday to Sunday, please call the office for the exact hours
• Pool: Closed for the season on Tuesday, October 1, 2024

Event Room @TQ:

• 1600 sq ft, available to rent
• 2-hour minimum + cleaning fee
• 50% deposit is required to schedule

Day, Season, and Annual Pass Rates for Non-Registered Guests (includes all amenities):

• Resort Day Pass:
  • Children 2 and under are FREE
  • Children 2-11 & Seniors 63+: $5.95
  • Adults 12-62: $14.95
• Resort Monthly Pass:
  • Children/Seniors: $25
  • Adults: $40
• Resort Seasonal Pass (May-August):
  • Children/Seniors: $62.50
  • Adults: $125
• Resort Annual Pass:
  • Children/Seniors: $120
  • Adults: $240

Pool and Splash Pad Policies:

• No lifeguards on duty – Swim at your own risk
• No diving into the pool, no running
• No food or drinks allowed in the family pool due to recirculation
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• In case of emergency, notify 911 and the facility operator (a free telephone is provided)
• Use the swimming facility only during posted hours of operation (Monday to Thursday 11 AM – 5 PM, Friday to Sunday 11 AM – 8 PM)
• Do not drink alcohol and swim
• Splash pad hours: Monday to Thursday 11 AM – 5 PM, Friday to Sunday 11 AM – 8 PM
• No use of the splash pad outside of these hours
• Individuals with diarrhea shall not use the spray pad
• Spray features use recirculated water – Do not drink
• Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper covered by rubber pants
• No animals allowed when the pool is in use
• Pollution of the spray pad area is prohibited

Jacuzzis, Spas, Hot Tubs, Kiddie Pools:

• Not permitted at Terraqueous RV Resort

Registered Guests Policies:

• All sites must have an RV water pressure regulator; Terraqueous RV Resort is not liable for any water damage due to improper installation
• Rates are based on 2 adult guests with 2 vehicles per RV site
• Electricity: Stays over 7 days incur an additional $0.11 per kilowatt
• Laundry Room: Liquid detergent only; no “Pod” detergent allowed
• Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Speed Limit: 5 mph
• Sewer/Water: Sewage hose cradles required; no washing vehicles or RVs at sites; no water splitters, swimming pools, hot tubs, or Jacuzzis
• Children: Must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times
• Pets: Friendly, non-aggressive pets welcome; maximum 2 dogs per site; leash required; clean up after pets
• Trash: Dumpsters for personal trash only; all garbage must be bagged and tied
• Internet: Wireless Internet for guest use
• Parking: Two vehicles per RV site; do not park on grass or brown granite gravel
• Trees/Property: Do not cut or trim trees; call the office for assistance
• Conduct: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, obscene language, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated
• Drugs: Illegal drugs prohibited on the property
• Liability: Guests use facilities at their own risk

Important Note: Management reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests, and make changes to rules, regulations, and fees as necessary.

By signing and initialing the reservation policy or liability waiver, you agree to obey the above policies and rules.

Dog Policy

PURPOSE

Uniform Dog Policy for All RVPM and Honest RV Parks.

Policy:

Dog Policy

At RVPM and Honest RV Parks, we love dogs, and we strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests who want to share their camping experience with their furry companions. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow our dog policy:

• Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted. If your dog displays protective or unfriendly behavior towards strangers, we kindly request that you do not bring them to our park. If such behavior is observed, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.

• Pet restrictions may vary among our locations. Some parks have limited or no availability for units or cabins that allow pets. We encourage dog owners to call in advance to check availability and discuss their situation.

• Registered service dogs are welcome at all RVPM/Honest RV parks and are subject to the same rules and restrictions listed here.

• We welcome a maximum of two dogs per site.

• All dogs must have documentation of current vaccinations. We may ask you to provide copies of vaccination records to our office before you check-in.

• All dogs must be under their owners’ control and visual supervision at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended or tied up outside.

• Except in designated off-leash dog park amenity areas, all dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet anytime they are outside.

• Non-service dogs are not allowed in common-area buildings or pool areas. Registered service dogs must be wearing visible tags to enter these areas.

• Disruptive, excessive, or uncontrolled barking is not allowed. If barking persists and becomes a nuisance to fellow guests, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste in designated bins.

• Pet owners are responsible for any injuries, damage, or disturbances caused by their pets to other guests, park staff, or visitors.

• RVPM is not responsible for the safety of your dog(s), or for any loss, damage, or injury caused to or by our four-legged guests.
